Character Name: Rill Miro
Gender: Male
Race: Nikriel
Character Age: 138
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 145 Lbs
Character Appearance: Rill appears to be 18, while in reality he is nearing 139. He walks straight upright when he is at ease, but he crouches and moves with the aspects of a wolf when he senses danger. He may be considered by others to be "handsome", however Rilll is not interested in the notion. His skin, like most Nikriel, is very light and fair, almost as white as his straight, almost needle like, hair. His hair barely passes his chin and is parted mainly forward and to the left. His hair is usually covering the left side of his face, because of a claw-like scar that begins from the upper left side of his nose, across his eye and diagonally down to his left cheek. His right eye is the only thing visible on him that is not white. Being a very dark blue, it is a stark contrast to the rest of his body (barely anyone knows the color of his left eye, or that if he has a left eye at all, for it is almost always covered). Rill usually wears a simple white jacket and pants, along with brown fur-lined boots and gloves. Underneath the jacket he wears a long-sleeve collared shirt, which he usually leaves unbuttoned. Every time Rill is overcome with emotions, large wings of ice form on his back. He cannot fly with these wings, and they can sometime prove to be an annoyance. He cannot control when the wings appear, nor can he stop them from appearing. His only defense against them is to keep his emotions in check.
Special Power/Ability: Wings of ice appear on his back whenever he feels great emotion. He cannot use these wings to fly.
Personality: Rill is disgusted by the evil nature of the so called "civilized" races. He is especially repulsed by the cold and general unfriendly nature of other Nikriel. Because of this, he is slow to make friends and is untrusting of just about everyone. He only truly feels safe when he is in the wild, surrounded by snow and animals. He believes that animals are the only creatures that are just and fair, for they do not have need to lie or insult others. Animals only need to survive, and will only do things that they need to in order to reach their goal. His favorite animal is the wolf, because of the wolf's want of survival and it willingness to do what needs to be done in order to survive. He even considers himself a "lone wolf", and one day wishes to be part of a "pack" of friends. Rill doesn't believe in a God, either. He believes that animals and the environment have created themselves by adapting to each other in ways that are deemed necessary. He too has adapted to the environment around him, only hunting for enough food to keep him alive. If he does encounter other humanoids in the wilderness where he calls home, he immediately uses his hair to cover the left side of his face. He believes that the scar shows weakness, and those who are weak cannot adapt, and those who cannot adapt cannot survive.
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Likes: Wilderness, blizzards, wolves, animals in general, loyalty, honesty.
Dislikes: Other humanoids, heat, crime, religious extremists, greed, betrayal, lying.
History: Rill Miro was born in a small village in southern Aissic. His father, Reemus Miro, was a great hunter, and regularly brought his son with him on the hunt. One day Rill had gone on his own to hunt for rabbits. He had already caught two of them, but he thought that one more couldn't hurt. He had just caught the third rabbit, when he heard thumping coming up from behind him. Rill wheeled around, only to be standing face-to-face with a large bear! Rill began to scream, but it was drowned out by the bears mighty roar. The bear, ready to attack, stood up on its hind legs and raised its left paw. Rill, frozen by fear, couldn't move. All he could do was clutch the rabbit ever tighter. The bear's paw came swiftly down on the left side of Rill's face. He felt a white hot pain burn across the side of his face, and was immediately lying face down in the snow. The world was slowly fading around him, but he could distinctly hear the bear land back on it's four legs. Rill whispered, almost silently, to himself "Is this how I am going to die?" Before the world completely darkened around him, Rill hear the piercing howl of a wolf, along with sounds of a struggle. The last thing that Rill heard was the pained yell of the bear that attacked him...
Rill awoke in his home to find his father at his side. "Fu-father?" asked Rill in a meek voice. "Oh thank heavens!" said the father, hugging his son. "What happened, Father?" "Well son," began the father, "You were attacked by a bear, but apparently a pack of wolves saved you." A year later, the scar that the bear had left has become a branding of ridicule for Rill. Because of their hateful nature, Rill began to despise the civilized races. This hatred reached it's peak when he witnessed a robbery that then turned into a murder. Rill, fed up with all of the hatred, left into the wilderness. He wandered into north Aissic, where he found a small valley. He smiled to himself and said "I'm home." Rill has been living there for nearly 30 years now, but he has only now just ventured out of his wild home...

Roleplay Example: Rill scanned over the snow covered valley that he called home. At this part in the day Rill would normally be hunting, most likely for rabbit. Today, however, he was on high alert. He had noticed footprints in the valley earlier that day. These footprints were humanoid, but smaller than Rill’s. A woman, or a child perhaps? It didn’t matter, this was his home and he didn’t plan on sharing it with anyone except animals. The animals wouldn’t try to cheat him out of land or food, like the so called “civilized” races.
Rill tracked the footprints to an open cave, where he found the remnants of a camp site. Impossible, he thought. Those footprints couldn’t have been made more than a few hours ago, but this campsite looks to have been abandoned since yesterday. A voice from behind broke his thoughts. “I have been watching you” said the foreign voice. Rill immediately tensed every muscle in his body, readying for a fight. Covering his left eye with his hair, Rill slowly began to turn and face his adversary. “You love the wilderness, do you not?” The woman smiled as Rill faced her. It was a half smile, almost warm and motherly in the harsh cold. Rill didn’t buy the façade that she put up to put him off his guard. He touched the hilt of his knife with his fingertips. He didn’t wish to fight, but he would if he must. “Well?” asked the woman again. “Do you, or do you not?” Rill glared at the strange woman. “I don’t have to answer to you,” he replied, “now be gone from this place!” The woman smiled her warm smile again. “Such a foul tempered boy. I believe you need a change of scenery.” The woman brandished a short staff. I was made of a red wood, with a diamond sphere at the top. The sphere began to glow faintly, then brighter and brighter. Rill drew his knife and began running towards to strange woman. Before he could get to her, however, a sudden flash of light consumed him. A great feeling of vertigo overcame him, and he temporarily lost his sight. Suddenly, he was in a green forest with birds chirping from all around him. For a while he just stood there, standing in a small circle of snow. He was almost too shocked and confused to even think. All he could do was say two words. “What the-?”
