Perhaps not for now, but for later.
You know what would be bad ass? Giving Kiku lots of money. What else? How about this. There could be like, these mercenaries that one could purchase, and have to pay for weekly or monthly, and while they are in the players service, the can and will do anything the player wants short of killing themselves!
Of course, this is only a suggestion, and there would be rules and such, like only 3 mercenaries per person or something like that, but It'd be kewl. And the player could RP the mercenary they paid for and such.

"Mercenary The Mercenary is more or less a wanderer, one who does what his employer asks of him without question - as long as the price is right. Mercenaries, most of them, are not beyond almost any act if they are being paid well to do it. Some do have principles and know that there are certain things that they would not do no matter the payment, but a majority do not, and therefore mercenaries are not particularly favoured by most peaceful individuals. A mercenary is more likely to be greeted with fear and hostility than anything else, if of course, his identity is known. Special Job Requirement: Not applicable Paycheck: Whatever you and the employer agree upon"

I saw that, but I meant... NPC type merceneries, you know? Because, for some reason, I don't see many people creating Mercenaries, or at least having them for long.

This idea just seems odd to me, though even without the occupation existing. Especially not in such a way where a member could control them if they paid for their services. If I were to do NPC mercenaries then each one would have a different price, as ones in real times likely would, and then the NPC would not be controlled by the member because IMO it would give them too much leeway. I just don't like the idea of players who are lucky or skilled enough to have a lot of money using an NPC to do their dirty-work. I don't mind in character stuff like people hiring Adella or whatever, but when you start using NPCs it just doesn't work well. I don't know my exact problem with it, I just know that at this point I wouldn't be comfortable with the option. I don't know. Maybe you could convince me, but right now I'm saying "No". I have no idea if anything I said made sense to anyone but me, but hopefully you kind of get my meaning.
