Many believe that the bank of Acheron should not be in Liesdro, but instead in Dirys. It may have something to do with politics, but more likely it has to do with the fact that the bank is made of shimmering white marble, and there are quite a horde of windows. Being in Liesdro, bright sunshine fills the bank at all hours of the day and when it strikes the marble... Well, it offers quite a blindingly white vision when one decides to walk into the bank.

Cherry was no stranger to the bank of Acheron in Liesdro. After all, with her family being a prominent family in the country, it was a given that they themselves would use the bank frequently. In fact, across all the members of the Milerand family, there were approximately 17 different accounts, with the largest of them being held by her parents, the current heads of the family.
This also happened to be the account Cherry often dipped into when she needed money. As such, she was hardly an unfamiliar face hereabouts. However, today would see a slightly different sort of visit than was her standard.
She made her way to the nearest available teller, a smile on her face as she waved in a chipper fashion; she had seen this one before. "Hello, hello!" she greeted upon arriving at the window.
"Before you ask, I have some news. I'm not here to extract any money today. No, no, I would like to open a separate account." she explained preemptively, placing 100 Gold on the counter. "And along with this account, I would like to take out a loan of 21,000 Gold. Is that alright? she asked. Timestamp: Emonea the 1-7, 2010, at ??:?? ??.

A woman with blonde hair tied up tight in a bun and an unrelentingly white smile fastened to her tanned face stood behind the counter Cherry had approached. The woman recognized Cherry, she was a very nice girl and not like most of the nobles around Liesdro. The would come in with their noses up, heads fastened securely in their asses. Cherry was friendly, sociable, lovable. All of the tellers who had served her only had nice things to say about the Lamini girl. She definitely defied all stereotypes of her stature. Save for the well-dressed bit.
She was about to greet the girl when Cherry began speaking first, informing her that she would not be withdrawing from the large account she had already. Instead a seperate account would be opened and she would be taking out a loan. For a moment, the teller was confused. Then she smiled. This was just like this unstereotypical girl. Doing things the hard way.
"Of course," The teller took out a form for Cherry to sign and included a few numbers on it herself. Twenty-one thousand gold, the typical time they requested it be paid off by, the interest rate (Five percent per month, unless of course she was late. For every late month it went up another percent) and her own signature. The gold would appear in Cherry's name the moment she agreed to the contract. The teller slid it over to the girl, offering up a well-inked gold quill. "You'll have six months to pay off the loan, at a rate of five percent. You can pay it off in intervals if you'd like as well, dear. That usually makes things go a little bit faster. Just sign right there," She pointed at a spot for Cherry to mark her name, and waited for Cherry to sign it.

Cherry gave the teller woman a smile, returning the knowing grin she could see on her face. It was nice to know she was at least understood here.
"I'll be happy to sign." she responded with vigor as she plucked up the provided quill and signed her Hancock on the parchment, activating the magic that could only be found in banks like this. "And there, we, go." she spoke, adding her last stylized touches to her handwriting and smiling.
"And no worries. I'll definitely have this paid off properly and promptly. You can count on it~"

"Well there you are Miss Milerand," The teller smiled, taking back the form and checking it over briefly as the gold appeared for her customer. She slid the parchment away, the magic of the place allowing all information to be recorded without much effort on her part. She then turned her head back up to Cherry and smiled brightly (perhaps even brighter than the room itself) before continuing with the using shpiel that they said to all of their patrons, "I look forward to seeing you again, and make sure you have an exceptionally nice day. Good luck with whatever you're planning with this money."

Cherry was all smiles when she made her oh-so-triumphant return to the bank, a few bills and a bag of gold in her right hand as she loped up to the counter. It was odd for a bank to be so empty so often, but then, Liesdro did have quite a few wealthy individuals. They probably didn't see fit to personally visit the bank too often.
Scanning the help windows, she spotted that same woman - the one with the bun, and the tan - and grinned, skipping over to the window to place the money on the counter.
"I'm not too early, am I?" she giggled, reading the woman's name tag for the first time (she reprimended herself for that). "Well, Francine, here you are! Two Bills for 10,000, and 1000 Gold in the bag. This should completely cover the loan I took out, right?" she asked, extremely satisfied with herself. Well, and also satisfied with Kiku - what an awesome friend he was that he could blow all that money on her stuff, so that she could get off to a great start so soon! He was awesome. And she was awesome.

Francine was surprised when she saw Cherry Milerand of all people coming into the bank - again. The girl had just been here recently to take out a loan, and she was back already? Francine's first thought was that Miss Milerand was going to need more for whatever she was going. In fact, it wasn't only her first thought, but her only thought.
She was wrong of course, Cherry walked up and put the gold on the counter, meeting Francine's pleasantly surprised face as she quickly counted it all out. She hadn't been lying, that was for sure. "Miss Milerand," The woman started, surprise painted on her words, "You most certainly were not exaggerating when you said 'properly and promptly'." If I didn't know better, Francine thought while giving Miss Milerand a customer-service smile, I'd suspect she was gambling - and winning. "Well, that clears you of your debt Miss Milerand. Is there anything else I can do for you today?"

Cherry considered this for a moment, a finger on her chin as she went thoughtful.
"Nope, that should be it! I'll be sure to come back if I need a little boost, but I think I'm good for now. My store has gotten off to a great start! In fact... you should swing by sometime!" she added, chipper as ever.
"Anyway, I've gotta run, can't leave it unattended for too long now!" she turned and ran for the door, waving over her shoulder as she left. Admin Note: Repaid Gold
