History
A Controversial Birth
Fiorre’s birth was not one that was made as simply as many of the others. It was not as though her creation would be difficult or an overbearing task for any of the deities to perform, it was the fact that there was disagreement upon whether she was needed. Paiia and Moann in particular were against her creation. These two birthing goddesses opposed Fiorre in every way, not wishing to have another power that could overtake them with ease. Sriae and Khades however, were very intent on the creation, and when Fayana took position with the two opposing sides, the deities of light and darkness split off from the rest of them. Fiorre’s creation was a controversial one, and would eventually lead to much anger and indecision between the powers.
It became a game where whichever side recruited the most powers would succeed. Sriae convinced Ayniea, while Khades failed to convince Diassei who did not want competition with the beautiful gem-like sheen that ice would flaunt. The two turned to Streike, who agreed to go along with her sister Ayniea. The two sides went on to the last deity, who had been staying away from the conflict since it had begun. Veira would be the deciding factor in whether Fiorre would be created or not.
The two sides presented their arguments, Paiia’s cold and wrathful nature leading to her making threats against Veira’s deciphals. This was the straw that pulled Veira into the fold, and had her make a decision. She believed that Paiia would not make good on her threats, but that a threat was enough to make a decision upon. She took the side of the deities who wished to create Fiorre, and in the end she even gave up a part of her own soul to form the Deity of Ice and Snow.
Paiia's Threat
During the time Fiorre was being made, the five successful deities were absent from their post, their minds concentrated on the birthing of the new Deity. This gave Paiia the opportunity to follow through on her threat. With a fury and anger unmatched by no other deity, she rained down molten rock, aiming it straight at the country of Vieri – destroying homes, lives and deforming the country itself. The people of Vieri cried for their deity to have mercy, to protect them from this flaming, blistering wrath. Veira could not hear.
This assault continued for eight days, the floating country slowly disintegrating into nothingness as it was burned away, as if touched by acid. On this last day, the eighth, Fiorre was born. The deities left their exhausting job behind them as they flew to check on their people, granting wishes here and there as they did. What Veira saw when she arrived broke her heart, and she went to confront Paiia, who was idly throwing flaming rocks down to the people of the air. Fiorre, hearing cries of desperation, left her birthplace and rushed to where the sound was coming from. Feeling a connection between herself and the country being blown apart she panicked. She reached her inhumanly large hand forward, covering the remaining land like a bubble forming to reflect the flames.
The Saviour
Distracted from her assault by her argument with Veira, Paiia did not notice that her flaming balls were doing no more damage. Instead they were bouncing off the cold hands of Fiorre and falling down to the Earth, landing atop of Fiamont, her own country. The flames bombarded the territory that was to the point of boiling over already, and by the time Vieri had cooled off, Fiamont had split into two halves. Split by a river of molten lava that hid beneath the surface and now had an opportunity to bubble up to the surface.
When Paiia noticed what was happening, she stopped her projectiles and rushed down to her people, frightened for their lives. Veira, also noticing how things had changed over the day, rushed down to where Fiorre was still protecting Vieri and pulled her away, bringing her to the empty northern oceans. Fiorre’s hands had been burned with an immortal fire and she no longer found a use for them. When they reached the cold point of the planet, Veira submerged the deity of cold into the water, easing the pain on her unusable hands.
Where Fiorre was submerged, the land of Aissic grew above, conforming to her cold breath exhaling into the water as she suffers for her generosity.

Personality
Fiorre has always been seen as the saviour deity because of her deeds early on in her immortal life. She continued upon this track as she saved the lives of the Setsuwans by bringing light back into the night when mistakes were made by Khades and Sriae; when Diassei went rogue and she took over the duties of the absent goddess. She has a very giving spirit and easily gives in to her deciphals wishes, making her people one of the widest religious following in the world (only under Ayneia).
Fiorre has a strong and incredible love for people who devote their lives to charity, it is the most advocated act in the Firanus Magnus (the religious text with which she is associated) and it is said that people who live their lives in the charitable service of others are inducted into her pantheon of demi-gods when they have passed into Ephilroa.
Some refute her existence based on the fact that no one has been spoken to by her, but this is simply because she is a mute from her time spent under water in the northern oceans. Her lungs are filled with water and her voice does not escape her lips. She has been known to give signs to followers who ask for them, however, wishing for them to lead a respectable life.

Firanus Magnus
This is the religious book which is said to be written directly by the Deity before being sent down to her people. The book speaks of how one’s life is to be lived, and uses the deity’s alleged experience with the other goddesses as proof of which acts are good and which are bad. The origins of this book are widely refuted, and because of the fact that few eyes have seen the original copy, many believe it to have been written by a mere human or other earth-bound sentient. The original copy is said to be held in one of the many deep vaults of the Ice Castle, although many copies have been made and distributed amongst Fiorre’s followers. It acts as a dogma as to what choices her followers make in their lives.
Controversy was started when an old embodiment of ice, on his death bed, claimed to have written the book, and told everyone he could that it was all fiction. Many believed him, insisting that he was the right age and was an influential author that could easily have created such a text. Others stayed devout and kept with their belief that it was written by Fiorre. These people were sent blessings by Fiorre, as she tried to tell them that they were following the right path.

Ice Castle
The Ice Castle is said to be set upon the place Fiorre’s head rests, her exhaling breath creating the natural structure as she sleeps beneath the surface. The building is made completely of immortal ice, meaning that it never melts. The building is so impeccably made with ice chandeliers and beautiful ice archways that it seems impossible to insist that it was made by earth-bound hands. Before the year 2004, not a single person would set foot in the castle for anything but a meeting of the most devout. However, in that year Queen Frostt came in to power and told everyone that she had been given a sign that meant she was supposed to live there – that the rulers of the land were supposed to live there. She allowed a division of the ice castle to be used for the devout followers – her included – but retains the rest of the building for her own personal use, causing much anger and resentment towards the Queen. Many groupings of followers have formed terrorist groups that have gone against Frostt, at one point nearly killing her at the rechristening of Ice Castle to Frostt Castle.
