Here you will find Canon Characters. This includes royalty, warlords and the like. If you would like any of the characters listed, post here. You will then be able to make the account and create the character. You must make it within two weeks though, so I know you are serious about playing it.
**You can still claim a character even if I have not yet written a description of them.
Also; Have a character that you made, and don't want to roleplay with anymore? You don't want to kill them, but you also don't want to play them? Post here, on the account with the character, to put the character up for 'adoption'. Another person can claim it, you can decide if you need people to 'apply' or not. When someone get the character you can give them the account information and they can then use it. |

◊ Fianese Warlord ◊ Acacius Balfour grew up in a famous war family, which led to no single person feeling surprised when he enlisted in the Fianese army the moment he could. Of course, he was treated far more respectfully, as many of the Generals (and the War Lord himself) were all related to him. Balfour quickly jumped through the ranks, and in his role of General at age 131 he became renowned throughout Setsuwa. Also in this role as Fianese General he met the woman who would become his wife. She was an engineer for the army, and not the expected mate of the eldest child of a rich, well-known family. Balfour did not care, and was quick to marry the woman, take a leave of absence from the army, and sire her six children over the course of many years. She was a human, however, and died soon after their sixth child was born. Balfour returned to the army with a renewed vigour, and jumped to be his grandfather's second in the course of a year. When his grandfather passed, Balfour took the helm of the Army and has since ruled over the Fianese warriors.

◊ Artavian Warlord ◊ Adria, although born to become a rich man's wife, was always interested in the intricacies of war. She pored over history books, she reenacted famous battles with her pets (she did not adhere well to friends) and she dreamt every night of being able to enter into the Artavian Battalion. Her parents refused to allow her, and so when she was of legal age to live on her own, she ran off and found a small shack that she could afford to live in while she enlisted in the Artavian Army. She had no formal training, but told them she did, and when they approved her, she was placed on the front lines of the army, in the infantry. She was good at it, but it did not particularly appeal to her, and after years of experience, she applied to become a gunman. She found this to be her true calling, and became to addicted to the burning scent of gunpowder. Her impressive abilities in this force led her to be raised to a General within the Gunmen, and soon she was being noticed by the higher-ups. She was quickly recruited to be the current warlord's second, but when the woman moved on to be the ruler of Artavia, Adria was given the position of Warlord - just in time for the war in Atton.

◊ Tristan Cowell's Second ◊ Aramis Bishop was born in Rielcia to what could have been the most disrespected family in all of Setsuwa - or at least over Eleusia - the Lengyel's. They were dirt-poor, none of the members of the family could hold down their jobs, and all had some crazy malfunction within the deep confines of their minds that made them do something drastic. Needless to say, Aramis has always been embarrassed by his roots, this embarrassment forced him to change his family name and abolish all records of him being tied to the lot of them. Aramis left Detut - left Rielcia - when he was fourteen, believing that he would not be able to find peace there so long as his family lived and continued with their eccentricities. He enlisted in the Malscuri Army, lying about his age in order to be admitted into the infantry of an army that had recently been placed into the hands of Tristan Cowell. Bishop spent twenty-five years of his life slaving in the infantry before he was finally noticed for his skills and efforts and moved into a Sergent position, which he stayed in for another three before becoming a General. When Cowell's old second was assassinated in an attempt on Cowell's own life, Bishop stepped into the role that held extreme risk to his own life... For the purposes of getting closer to Tristan and the helm of Malscure's most important force... Bishop worked with spies in Malscure's army to steal the designs for Artavia's flying machines, he is the only member of their army with the capabilities to fly one, and he does it extremely well.

Instead, Acacius's oldest son spent his hours (in which he was not forced to spar) reading from books and planning various strategies. His father saw no use in these, and threatened his son with pain and abandonment if he were not to dispose of the odd texts and many parchments of strategy. Cephas refused, proving Balfour's threats to be empty. When the war in Atton began and Balfour lost his choice warrior, and second, to casualty (one Dameon Reitouran) he began to see the use of a planned strategy (that the victorious army had definitely had) over the familiar use of a do-first, think-later approach that he was accustomed to. Cephas was taken on as his second at this time, much to his surprise...
