Outside of the gates to the main Kingdom and to the west lies a huge shack-like structure made of lots of timber and some concrete. This structure is filled to the brim with cages and within these are, of course, the creatures for sale. All of them have wings, or could have wings should the situation call for it, and all seem to be scratching or biting at the enchanted bars of their cages as if it would do them any good. All of the workers that you’ve seen pass by have short-sleeved shirts and heavy-duty gloves, but scratches and scars from bites decorate their visible flesh.

Abraxan
The Abraxan is a specific breed of winged horse. Coming in the usual colours of browns and reds the Abraxan is gigantic - the smallest ever recorded was the size of a normal stallion. Two wings, like a giant hawk's, are enough to carry the large weight of an Abraxan. A full-grown male Abraxan can typically carry five to ten people of average size on its back for long distances. Such creatures as these are also good battle pets, their large size makes them good to trample opponents and their wings make for good escapes.

Aria
This creature is similar to an Embodiment of Rainbows, they run and fly and jump - always leaving rainbows behind wherever it goes. The Aria appears as a sort of winged otter, white in colour with a few spectrum of colour around its ears, tail, and paws. Its feathery wings are more than capable of lifting the Aria's body as well as fifty pound more weight. Aria love rainstorms and always run out into them, when they leave afterwords there is always a brilliant, shimmering rainbow. Aria are favourites for pets because of their beautiful fur, and their perfect wings make them good delivery pets.

Dragon
A dragon is a world renowned creature, it seems like everyone has knowledge of them, whether they’ve been told it or not. Everyone knows how dragons are like giant lizards with great wings, spiked heads and long ungainly tails. And of course they know that dragons breathe fire. Dragons are often called one of the most boring creatures in all of Setsuwa – after Humans, of course. Dragons are often used as pets to battle, as gatekeepers and as something to ride on. There are even competitions for Dragon Racing.

Griffon
A Griffon is a magnificent beast that is oft compared to a horse even though it has no part of a horse in it. A Griffon is instead a being with a mixture of a bird's blood and a lion's blood. The type of bird can vary greatly. Now, as to why a Griffon is often compared to a horse? It is the same size, though with the torso, tail and hind legs of a lion and the frontquarters and wings of a bird. One can also ride a Griffon the same way one could ride on a horse only a Griffon does not typically fare well on land with heavy weights - instead they prefer to take to the skies - which is where their food source is. A Griffon typically eats small birds and occasionally large bugs when their primary food source is running low. Griffons are not typically violent creatures, though when approached roughly or roped they have been known to attack... When captured and trained properly, they can make good battle pets. They are also extremely useful as transportation with their horse-like size and large wings.

Grimalkin
A Grimalkin looks almost identical to your typical grey or black house cat, though there are a few major differences. The first is that Grimalkin are shape-shifters. They can become almost anything, and they use it nearly all the time. Grimalkin are hardly ever spotted in the wild for this very reason - they are never what they appear to be. A second, very important, aspect of a Grimalkin is the fact that it can speak in the language of any creature within ten feet of it, and they can speak into minds. This has made them very common pets for the blind and the deaf. In the wild, however, they are extremely dangerous and quite enjoy causing havoc. When trained properly, however, they are one of the most useful pets in all of Setsuwa. They are incredible battle pets, incredible conversationalists, and Grimalkins are also known for adhering to an owner so well that they begin to act like them.
